Usage data: searches, generated ideas, saved ideas, activity logs, and interactions with the Service.

Payment data: handled by our payment provider, Stripe. We do not store full card numbers on our servers.

We use your information to: (a) provide and maintain the Service; (b) process payments and manage subscriptions; (c) personalize your experience; (d) communicate with you about your account; (e) improve our features and AI models; and (f) comply with legal obligations.

To generate ideas and analysis, the Service sends your inputs to AI providers. Liberiste Enterprises LLC does not sell your personal data. AI prompts and generated outputs may be retained to improve service quality, in line with this policy.

We share data only with service providers that help us operate the Service (such as Stripe and AI providers), when required by law, or in connection with a business transfer. These parties are bound by confidentiality obligations.
